Although my career has taken me in one direction, I enjoy exploring my passion for home design and construction. I enjoy the challenge of taking older homes and evolving them to entertain today's active lifestyles. Their reinvention starts with considerate design, then built with modern technology and ends with a thoughtful, considered home rich in unique details, and fresh, updated designs.
SHERBROOK
This traditional ranch style home had great long lines. Working with this lean look I did a total remodel that added several hundred square feet. This large addition wrapped around an existing pool and used it's existing lines to compliment it. It consisted of an oversized living room and new master bedroom suite. Thoughtful touches throughout, incredible open spaces and beautiful finishes created a fresh, modern take on this 1950's ranch.
SARANAC
Working with a small foot print the Saranac house went from a sweet traditional to a striking modern. The single attached garage was converted to a full kitchen with a new utility room added as well. In order to make the floorplan modern and maximize space and storage the bedrooms and bathrooms were gutted and reconfigured. The house is now fresh and modern with all the amenities found in a new home built today.
